Front Desk Agent position here in Sunny Miami Beach at this 4* Property! Train in positions such as Front Desk Agent, Rooms Controller and Reservation Agent while joining a great team this winter!
Check out the Art Deco District while off of training from your Host Company, or visit the many local museums. Miami offers so many exciting adventures, on land and in the water. Kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddle board. Visit the Everglades National Park or take a stroll at the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden. Placement Remarks
A uniform will be offered. Bring your own non slip shoes.
The hotel has a break room for you to bring your own meals in to eat on your break.
You will accrue PTO at a rate of .1923 per hours worked.
The hotel will provide you with up to 14 days on site accommodations at no cost to you. There is no airport pick up, you should use a taxi or uber to get to the hotel. We recommend that you fly into MIA.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
